These terms apply to your use of cosmicmonday.co (the "website"), run by Stephanie Knowles, trading as Cosmic Monday ("I", "me", "Cosmic Monday"). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

This website tells you about Cosmic Monday and the operations and strategy services I offer to creative studios and agencies. You can't buy services directly through the website. If we decide to work together, our relationship will be covered by a separate written agreement, and that agreement - not these terms - will govern the services.

The content on this website, including blog posts, guides and free resources, is general information to help you think about your business. It isn't tailored advice for your specific situation, and it isn't legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. I work hard to keep the website accurate and up to date, but I can't guarantee that everything on it is complete, current or error-free, or that using any of it will lead to a particular result for your business.

3. My content and your use of it

Everything on this website — including the text, graphics, branding, frameworks (such as the Client Flow Framework), templates and free resources (such as The Founder Date) — belongs to me or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You're welcome to:

• view, download and print pages for your own reference

• use free resources I provide within your own business

• share links to the website

You may not, without my written permission:

• copy, resell, repackage or distribute my content, frameworks or resources, including as part of your own courses, programmes or paid offers

• remove any copyright or ownership notices

• use my name, the Cosmic Monday name or branding in a way that suggests I endorse you

Please don't use the website to do anything unlawful, to send spam or harmful material, to try to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems, or in any way that could damage or disrupt it.

The website may link to other sites, such as social media or tools I recommend. I don't control those sites and I'm not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
