The Studio Intensive is a full diagnostic of how your creative business runs. You fill in a detailed questionnaire first, then we spend a focused day together working through your vision, capacity, offers, processes and client experience. Afterwards I look inside your existing tools to see how things are working day to day. You come away with a 360° operational audit, a prioritised 90-day roadmap and a set of templates built for your business.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • A strategy day, plus a pre-day questionnaire and a deep dive into your tools afterwards

  • A full operational audit and 90-day action roadmap covering what to work on in what order

  • Templates made bespoke to your business: process maps, offer mapping, SOPs and trackers

  • A follow-up call to refine the plan, plus 6 weeks of Slack support while you implement (me in your pocket, yay!)

Build

You have a plan… now let’s build it.

The Studio Build is where plans turn into working systems. This might be the next step after your Studio Intensive roadmap, or a project you already know you need, (like getting your digital course built and ready to sell, or your membership up and running)

Whether it's a full ClickUp setup, a Dubsado client journey, the backend for your new course or one focused day fixing your Flodesk sequences, I build it around how your business actually runs. Every build is scoped before we start, so you know exactly what you're getting, how long it'll take and what it costs.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

  • A discovery phase workshop that agrees the deliverables, timeline and price before any work starts

  • The build itself: systems, client journeys, automations or course setup, done in the right tools for the job

  • A walkthrough and Loom handover videos so you and your team can run it without me

  • Slack support after handover to iron out anything that comes up

Studio Partner is ongoing operations support for creative founders who are done DIY-ing the backend. I step in as your operations partner, managing your projects and your team, keeping an eye on the numbers, and staying two steps ahead. You get one person who knows your business inside out, without the cost or risk of hiring in-house.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

  • Hands-on operations support - strategy and implementation

  • Ongoing project and team management

  • Weekly check-in and Slack access for quick, async communication

  • Monthly reporting showing what's working and what we’re working on next
