I'm an OBM, CPD Certified Operations Manager, and Partner for creative agencies, studio founders, and creator entrepreneurs.
In practice that means I'm project manager, account manager, studio manager, business partner, tech troubleshooter and consultant - all rolled into one.
I get in there, figure things out, align your business to your vision, and come to you with solutions. My job is to make your operational headaches go away.
I started Cosmic Monday because I kept seeing brilliant, hardworking, TALENTED creative founders drowning in the operational side of their businesses — and I wanted to bring all of my corporate management experience to help make business feel GOOD again.
