I'm not a task manager - I'm a strategic partner.
A lot of ops support will come in and plug the gaps. I like to look at the whole picture, audit, observe, and ask the questions that get to what's really going on - before I touch anything. I've worked inside creative businesses long enough to know what good delivery looks like, and exactly where the cracks start to form as a studio grows.
I don't bring corporate rigidity to creative work. I bring ideas, structure, and a proper plan. The result is a business that runs well and still feels unmistakably like yours.

I spent years working inside creative agencies and studios, the kind with brilliant creative people, excellent work, and a little chaos running underneath!
As an Account Director and later in project management, I was the one dealing with the consequences when the brief changed at the last minute, the deadline moved, or the client changed their mind and the team needed to change direction. I was the person responsible with bringing the strategy and the plan back into the equation when everything else was threatening to spiral.
I work with a small number of clients at a time because I'm genuinely invested in what happens to your business. Like, properly invested. The kind of invested where I'm thinking about your launch over breakfast and sending you a voice note about it. I care about the details and I care about seeing you succeed.
