HERE’S HOW IT WORKS
BEFORE THE DAY
You fill in a detailed questionnaire. So when we meet, we're not catching up on the basics, we’re getting straight into it.
THE DAY ITSELF
Four hours together, working through your business in structured mini-sessions. Vision, capacity, tools, processes, client experience - the whole picture.
AFTER THE DAY
I ask for access to your existing tools and look around properly. I want to see how things are working in reality, not just how they look from the outside.
THE DELIVERABLES
A bespoke digital package built around what your business needs. No generic templates, or vague recommendations, thanks.
THE FOLLOW UP CALL
We walk through everything together. You ask questions and we refine the plan.
